Living room overlooking the garden with seating for 6, smart TV, wood burner, and a sea view from small window at rear. Kitchen with stone flooring, electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dining table, and views over garden. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. 3 bedrooms: Ground floor - Double bed with en-suite shower room/W.C, First floor - Twin beds and a sea view, Kingsize room with sea views. Bathroom/W.C. Please note that the stairs to first floor are quite narrow and steep, in keeping with the age of the cottage.
Towels can be hired from our office at £2.50 per bundle.
Arrival time is 4.00pm on Friday. Maximum 2 children.
£200 security deposit, payable on arrival.

Fantastic location with sea views. The cottage is perfect and had everything we could possibly need. We would definately stay again.
Had a great holiday. Property in lovely position with beautiful garden, master bedroom spacious with amazing views, second bedroom a bit small for 2 adults.
Clean and comfortable cottage - view to sea at back and over the garden to the front. Very quiet and easy walk into town.

We have had the most glorious week in a wonderful cottage. Three minutes walk to the sea, eight into Swanage shops. Seamless booking from start to finish. Highly recommend! (oh and all beds very comfy too!)
