Swanage Holiday Properties is a locally run business established
in 2001. Between us we have many years experience of letting
all types of holiday accommodation.
How can I book a property?

What time can I arrive at the
property?
In most cases all of our holiday properties are accessable after
3pm on the day your holiday commences and ends 10am on the day of
departure.
Can I
bring my pet (s)?
Some of our properties do accept well behaved dogs which are
clearly indicated on the properties page,
Can I book a short break?
Most of our properties are available for short breaks of a minimum
of 3 nights out of peak season and can start on any desired day of
the week and are flexible. Out of season short breaks can be booked
in advance.
During peak season short breaks are not available unless at very
short notice or subject to the owners approval. Contact us for
more details on short breaks, or why not see what special
offers we have last minute.
I have mobility problems, how can I check if the property I like is suitable for me?
If you are unsure as to the suitability of the property for your needs, please contact our team to discuss further before making the booking. Our team know each property in detail and so will be able to answer any questions about access, internal and external layout, parking provision and any other features.
Do I need
to bring my own bed linen / towels?
Bed linen is not provided in the properties unless stated in the
property description. All properties have duvets and pillows,
some also provide blankets (if stated in the property description).
If you prefer not to bring your own linen it can be hired from
ourselves, please call us and we can arrange this for you at a cost
of £12 per bed to be collected with your keys. Towels are not
provided unless stated in the property description. Please bring
your own beach, bath & tea towels.
Do
I need to bring a cot or high chair?
Some properties are equipped with cots/highchairs, please check
the property description. If they are not supplied or you require
additional ones they can be hired from ourselves and be delivered
to the property for your arrival. Please call us to arrange this.
Costs per rental are: £20 for traditional cot, £10 for travel cot
and £10 for highchair.
Where do I get the keys to the property?
The keys to your property should be collected from our offices
where directions to the property and details of any parking, door
entry codes etc. will be available.
What if there are any problems during my
stay?
All properties have their own property manager (on behalf of the owner) who is on call during your stay to resolve any issues that you may have. In some cases this will be ourselves and in others the owner can be contacted directly.
