General information

This website contains details of properties currently available through Swanage Holiday Properties Ltd.  Our register is continually expanding and further properties are coming available for rent throughout the year.

All properties are personally inspected and must be equipped to a minimum standard specified by the company (details can be found here).

Changeover days are Saturdays unless otherwise stated in the property description. The property will be available from 3.00pm and must be vacated on day of departure by 10.00am.  Keys should be collected from, and returned to, our office at 5 Rempstone Road, Swanage.

Properties are divided into two sections, managed properties and letting only properties.  Managed properties are maintained by Swanage Holiday Properties Ltd on behalf of the owners and letting only properties are maintained by the owners themselves.  Owners may make alterations to a property at any time and we will endeavor to ensure our website is updated with any changes.

Please take care to ensure the suitability of the property and its location when choosing your holiday. A property in the town centre is convenient for those who like the town's facilities, shops, restaurants, bars etc. on their doorstep and for those without a car but noise and disturbance can be a problem to some, particularly in high season. Properties further from the town centre are often in quieter locations but public transport is minimal in the area, especially in the evenings, although the town is well served by taxis. Our office staff are familiar with all of the properties on our books and their locations.
