A deposit of one third of the total cost (property rental plus booking fee of £20) is required. Balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date full balance is payable (subject to change due to COVID-19)
Payment can be made by cheque payable to Swanage Holiday Properties Ltd or bank transfer to sort code 40-43-38, account number 11370324. Debit and credit card payments can also be made by calling the office. Whilst we no longer charge for credit cards, as a small family business, we would be very grateful if debit cards could be used wherever possible as credit cards are very expensive for us to process. All bookings made within 7 days of commencement of holiday must be paid by card or bank transfer.
Please take care to ensure the suitability of the property and its location when choosing your holiday. A property in the town centre is convenient for those who like the town's facilities, shops, restaurants, bars etc. on their doorstep and for those without a car but noise and disturbance can be a problem to some, particularly in high season. Properties further from the town centre are often in quieter locations but public transport is minimal in the area, especially in the evenings, although the town is well served by taxis. Our office staff are familiar with all of the properties on our books and their locations. This website contains details of properties currently available through Swanage Holiday Properties Ltd. Our register is continually expanding and further properties are coming available for rent throughout the year.
Changeover days are Saturdays unless otherwise stated in the property description. The property will be available from 3.00pm and must be vacated on day of departure by 10.00am (subject to change due to COVID-19). Keys should be collected from, and returned to, our office at Unit 6 Anvil Centre, Prospect Business Park, Swanage, BH19 1EJ.
Properties are divided into two sections, managed properties and letting only properties. Managed properties are maintained by Swanage Holiday Properties Ltd on behalf of the owners and letting only properties are maintained by the owners themselves. Owners may make alterations to a property at any time and we will endeavor to ensure our website is updated with any changes.
Bed Linen is not provided in the property unless stated in the description. The holiday-maker should provide their own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases or alternatively this can be hired from ourselves and collected from our office when picking up your keys. Cots and high-chairs are also available for hire, these will be delivered to the property. The holiday-maker should provide their own towels (some properties provide these now - please check). All properties have duvets & pillows for bedding unless otherwise stated in the property description.

Gas and electricity are included in the tariff unless otherwise stated in the property description.
