We understand the holiday rental industry and how important it is for our customers to have an easy booking system. Outlined below are our 5 easy steps on booking with Swanage Holiday Properties

To choose a holiday property simply visit our homepage and select the dates you require. A list of properties that are available will then be shown. Each property page includes a detailed description of the property with a calendar showing current availability. Haven't decided on dates yet? Then browse our full list of properties by clicking on 'Holiday Properties' on the homepage. To make a booking for any of our properties please send your enquiry on the property page. You will receive an automated email to confirm your booking enquiry has been received. We will then endeavor to get back to you ASAP. NOTE: The information on the availability calendar is provided in conjunction with the owner of each property and on rare occasions we may not be notified when the accommodation has become unavailable. We therefore check for a final time that your chosen dates are available before sending a booking confirmation. The tariff that we charge for the rental of the property doesn't include our booking fee of £30 |

Once we have emailed to confirm the property is available we will require a booking form & deposit of one third of the total accommodation rental price. A booking form can be printed from our confirmation email or printed from the General Information section of our website or can be posted on request. The deposit should be paid within 7 days from agreeing to rent the property, we reserve the right to cancel the booking should the payment not be received in time. Full payment is required for bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday commencing. After payments have been made we will send you a confirmation email. Payment can be by bank transfer, Credit or Debit card - sorry we can no longer accept cheques. Details are included on our email confirmation. NOTE: Your booking will not be guaranteed until we have confirmed your booking by email and received your deposit. |

Balance |

Your balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date. NOTE: Failure to pay on time could result in your booking being cancelled - Please keep us updated. (If your booking is last minute/within 6 weeks of your arrival we require full payment at the time of booking). |

Confirmation |

All relevant property details and full balance confirmation will be emailed directly to you -ie: Key collection details, Check in and out times. |
