Second bedroom with two single beds. Jack & Jill bathroom (with doors to second bedroom and hallway) with bath & overhead shower, basin & w.c. Light & airy lounge with views towards Swanage Bay, sofabed, two sofas, armchair, digital television, DVD, electric fire. Kitchen with small table & chairs, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, CD player. Large south facing balcony with table & chairs. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate supplied.  2 allocated parking spaces in grounds of Purbeck House Hotel opposite the property.  Gas fired central heating.

Please note: barbecues are not permitted at this property.

 

A £100 security deposit is payable on arrival.

Another wonderful stay at this property. We love staying here and has everything you could ask for. The balcony is an added bonus and is superb. Very spacious, light, clean and sunny. We had to contact SHP due to an issue with the kitchen blind and they were very helpful, contacted the owners and had it fixed straight away. Excellent friendly service, as always.
