Modern 2 bedroom house ideally situated for the beach and nearby Days Park sleeping up to 4 adults, 2 children.

Lounge with double sofa bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, digital television, video, DVD, books.  Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer-dryer and breakfast bar. Ground floor cloakroom with w.c and hand basin.  First floor - Double bedroom + tv and a twin bedroom, cot supplied (space in either bedroom).  Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin & w.c. Gas central heating. One well behaved pet permitted (ground floor only). Allocated parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio with rotary line. A £50 security deposit is payable on arrival.

What a gem!! Perfect house for our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location is superb and our labrador loved the nearby park and the beach.

Very clean, tidy and well maintained as always. There's been lots of work done over the winter especially in the kitchen. I like the new cupboards and floor as well as the bright new colour scheme. A few reservations about the breakfast bar - however that's just one persons view. Love the new pictures and mats. All in all it's home from home as usual.

Special thanks to the owners and especially the cleaner who made sure everywhere was spotless which gave us a great sense of safety in these difficult times of the virus. This was our first time staying in this dog friendly property and we would not hesitate to come back. The house was beautifully clean and had everything we needed for a weeks holiday. Excellent location - a short walk to Days Park or the seafront to walk the dog and a short, level walk into town.
