This modern two bedroom ground floor flat is south-facing with a lovely sunny patio. It is conveniently situated on the level in a very quiet road, only a 5 minute walk from the town centre & beach. Wheelchair accessible. Discount available for couples. Sleeps 4 maximum.

Tastefully decorated modern flat with off-road parking.  Open plan living room with leather sofa & armchairs, digital television, DVD, dining table & chairs, selection of books, toys & DVDs, french doors to south facing patio with garden furniture and access to the car parking area. Kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer.

First bedroom with double bed *and room for a cot, second bedroom with two singles (one full size, one slightly shorter).  Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin & w.c.  Gas central heating. Entry phone system.  Allocated private parking space. £20 discount for 2 person occupancy all year round on weekly rate.

A £100 security deposit is payable on arrival.

*Please note a new mattress has been purchased the mattress is still a double, but a much deeper mattress.  So a deeper double fitted sheet will be required or a king sheet maybe needed.

We have been coming to Swanage for 15 years. This apartment is the best we have ever stayed in. It is quiet and peaceful, everything you need is here. The bed is very comfortable. Parking, garden and distance to the sea is first class.
