First floor - South facing master bedroom with king size bed, basin, en suite w.c with shower cubicle. Second bedroom with three single beds; two can be joined together to make a large (6ft) superking size bed. Third bedroom with double bed & wash basin. Fourth bedroom with bunk beds and wash basin. Bedrooms have stunning views over Swanage bay to the south or the Purbeck Hills to the north. Family bathroom with bath & overhead shower, shower cubilcle, basin & w.c. Separate cloakroom with w.c. Stairs up to full-size roof terrace with garden furniture.

Large garden with summerhouse & garden furniture. Gas central heating. Bed linen provided. Dogs permitted by arrangement at an additional charge of £25 per dog. Parking for three cars on site & additional free parking on road outside.

Friday changeover. Short breaks Friday - Monday & Monday - Friday also available out of high season. No single sex groups.

Fifteen minute walk to the top of Ballard Down with sea views of Swanage and Poole Harbour. Close to the South West Coast Path and Purbeck Way: walks to Studland, Corfe Castle and Old Harry Rocks.

Town centre 1 mile, main beach 500m, general store 150m

Ideal holiday home for a large family with children. Plenty of room to spread out. Lovely garden for children to play in & roof terrace to admire the views. Wi-fi most appreciated.
