Pen-y-fan provides accommodation over 3 floors and is an idyllic holiday home for families.   Ground floor entrance to traditional hallway with original tiled floor, cloakroom with saniflo WC and basin.   Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and VCR with lots of videos and board games to keep the family entertained.  There is a sunny window seat, a sofa and easy chairs.   The dining room leads off the lounge and has comfortable seating for 6 adults with extra chairs and high chair if needed.   There is a door to the kitchen and French doors to the west facing courtyard which has seating, BBQ and views of Dorset countryside.  Modern well equipped kitchen with microwave, gas cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, an overhead drying rack and door to the courtyard.  On the half landing of the stairs to first floor is a modern bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin.   The first floor has a large master bedroom with superking bed, TV with freeview box and video player, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and sea glimpses.  The 2nd bedroom has bunks, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers and a shower in the corner which provides extra facilities for the family to use.   The 3rd bedroom on the second floor has a single bed, wardrobe with shelves and views over the town to the countryside.  The 4th bedroom has twin beds, hanging space, chest of drawers/dressing table and the best view of the sea in the whole house!  There is also extra hanging and storage space in a small cupboard on the landing.

There is unrestricted car parking on Exeter Road which is one way and on a first come first served basis.  WIFI included.  Combi boiler. One dog welcome (extra charge £10 per booking).  Cot, high chair and stairgate available.   Bed linen included (except for cot).  Please bring your own towels.

Small corner shop nearby which is open early till late.  Just a few minutes' walk away down the hill is the Blue Flag sandy beach and the town centre with a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants which provide everything from fish and chips to fine dining.
