Main entrance via car port. From the car port there is one flight of stairs to the property. The flat is a top floor flat and boasts a King-size room with en-suite, a good-sized lounge-dining room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin room, and a family bathroom. The cupboard as you enter the property may be used for coats and boots. There are wall-mounted USB outlets throughout the property and WIFI.
The King room is equipped with hanging space, vanity, hairdryer, and a TV. The room also showcases stunning views of Swanage Bay. The en-suite has a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, towel warmer, and shave point.
The lounge-diner features 3-seater and 2-seater suites, a coffee table, a smart TV, BOSE speaker, dining table which seats 6, and the east-facing, furnished balcony.
Kitchen amenities include fridge-freezer, electric oven with separate grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle, and induction hob.
Twin room includes wardrobe and vanity. The two singles beds can be pushed together for a king-sized bed.
The family bathroom features a toilet, sink, bath with overhead shower. and towel warmer.
This property has been fully renovated this year to a high standard, with all furnishings and appliances brand new to allow for a luxury, hassle-free holiday. Car port with space for 1 car. Communal rotary washing line in outside patio area.
£100 security deposit payable on arrival.
Town Centre 400m and beach 600m.
There is another entrance via the side of the building (at the bottom of the internal stairs) that leads onto Park Road, allowing quicker access to the Town Centre. In the car port, please park in a staggered manner to allow for access to each of the cars - it is a tight squeeze otherwise.

What a lovely apartment, teh views from the balcony are a real bonus. We have had a wonderful week, amazing weather, super walks and everything we could hope for. Swanage and the surrounding area has so much to offer. As good as ever, we will be back. We reccomend Tawny's for great food and service. Thank you for a great holday!!
We had a lovely stay, the apartment is amazing so clean and comfortable. The view is stunning an great location
We loved Swanage, the weather was beautiful we enjoyed two lovely walks. To Old Harry Rocks and Studland and the other way to Worth Matravers, where we enjoyed a pie and a pint and the famous aplle pie and icecream at the Square and Compass.
We recomend The ship for lovely food and friendly staff, The Red Lion aslo did a great sunday roast.

We have had a brilliant week. The apartment is spacious & comfortable with great views. Nicely decorated and well equipped for the week. We thought the blue tooth speaker and games were a great touch and we enjoyed using them in the evenings. Recommend Chococo and Love Cake to future guests, Studland beach is also great.
