Kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishawsher small table & chairs, door to rear garden. Shower room with electric shower, basin & w.c. Open riser fairly steep stairs to first floor from lounge. First floor - bedroom one with double bed & child's bunk beds. Second bedroom with two single beds. Shower room with shower, basin & w.c.
One dog permitted at an additional charge of £20 per week. Electric night storage heaters, immersion heater for hot water. Rear garden with table & chairs. Bed linen provided. Parking for one car in rear service lane, access may be difficult for large vehicles.

The cottage is delightful. The standard of furnishings & fittings makes this a homely, personal yet practical base for our stay in Swanage. It is "Olde Worldy" yet modern & contemporary.

Thanks for great holiday. We found the accommodation clean and welcoming. Good location. Felt it could do with a washing machine. The bedrooms were clean and very cosy.
