Firstly, thank you for the way you looked after our holiday & made everything so easy for us. I liked the fact that you were always readily available, knew our details straight away & helped with any request. We all loved our holiday accommodation. In fact, one of our favourite houses ever!! The location could not have been better - just a walk to the town (which we love) & we also loved the Haven complex and design of our house. We really could feel the lighthouse effect & the design of the property ensured that you had wonderful views. My husband & I couldn't get over those unbelievable views from our very large bedroom (first floor) with huge patio style doors to a narrow balcony. We have never been so near to the sea before. We could even hear the waves at night. Also, our en suite was brilliant. My daughter was also thrilled with her large double room & her shower room & the twin rooms were a good size too. All the bathrooms were of high quality and gleaming white as was all the bedding. The house was maintained and cleaned to a very high standard with comfortable furniture. Top floor - large porthole windows framing the fabulous views and even a fully equipped patio. We loved the sofas and armchairs where we were all able to really put our feet up & the fact that there was every type of game, books & so forth to keep everyone entertained. You couldn't wish for more in the well equipped kitchen although we didn't get much chance to use it. We had a fabulous week and fell in love with our holiday home.
We absolutely love staying at 3 The Haven. The view and location are perfect and we had another great time this year.
The accommodation is magnificent, with the most fabulous views even the lightening strikes look better from here!!
Cannot fault this property. furniture, fixtures, etc. all in lovely condition. Beautiful bath/shower rooms and lovely carpet! Bedroom balcony a bonus and well used by us all every evening. We have had an excellent week in this property. Glorious weather!!

The accommodation was very clean with plenty of room & very comfortable. The views of Swanage Bay were just spectacular. We loved the property and want to come again next year.
