First bedroom with double bed and room for a cot, second bedroom with two singles (one full size, one slightly shorter).  Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin & w.c.  Gas central heating. Entry phone system.  Allocated private parking space. £25 discount for 2 person occupancy all year round on weekly rate.

A £100 security deposit is payable on arrival.

Absolutely fabulous flat. very spacious & extremely well furnished. 5* for cleanliness. Loved the fact it is in a quiet location yet only a five minute stroll to the beach & town centre. Ample parking on the premises.
