Will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
Ground floor - kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine. Lounge/diner with large sofabed, armchair, television with DVD, freeview, CD/radio mini stereo, small library of DVDs & books, dining table & chairs. First floor - attractive bedroom with double & single (2'6") beds. Large bathroom with bath, overhead electric shower & w.c. Secluded courtyard garden with patio furniture, lounger, shed & BBQ. Parking space for one car. Gas central heating. One dog permitted, charge of £20 per week.
A £50 security deposit is payable. A cheque should be left on arrival which will be returned by post subject to satisfactory property inspection after departure.
