Bathroom with bath & overhead shower, w.c & basin, heated towel rail.

First floor - Bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower & basin, double bedroom (king size duvet) with basin.  Separate w.c

Second floor  - twin bedroom with stunning sea views over rooftops towards the Isle of Wight.

Small secluded courtyard garden with table & chairs, parking space for one car (height restriction approx 6ft).  Travel cot provided.  Gas central heating.

A £50 security deposit is payable.  A cheque should be left on arrival which will be returned by post subject to satisfactory property inspection after departure.

Booking information

Following submission of this form we shall confirm the dates are available and answer any queries you may have. Once you have received our confirmation we will need:

  • A deposit payment of one third of the total cost which can be paid via online bank transfer, cheque or card payment.
  • The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival, and upon payment you will receive full directions and information.

All bookings have to be agreed with the owners, once we have their confirmation & your deposit we will then send a final booking confirmation.
