Langton Matravers is a charming village of mainly Purbeck stone cottages served by a village shop & post office, 2 pleasant public houses, a church, museum and, for the children, Putlake Adventure Farm
The cottage is approached along a footpath that runs in front of the terrace of cottages from the main road. Ground floor - Cosy lounge with sofa & armchairs, digital television & DVD player, selction of books & games. Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, stereo with CD player, dining table & chairs. Bathroom with bath & overhead electric shower, w.c & basin. First floor - First bedroom with views over the village & Swanage Bay towards the Isle of Wight,two single beds, sofa, ensuite w.c & basin. Second bedroom with two single beds. Second floor - eaves bedroom with king size bed & views over countryside. One small dog permitted (ground floor only) at an additional charge of £20 per week. Lovely patio garden with stone table, chairs and BBQ. Gas central heating. On road parking at the end of the terrace (50m).Friday changeover.
